Susie Bean Gives raises money and donates 100% of the funds raised to service providers in the form of scholarships to directly help families with children with Mental Illness and/or Autism get necessary services for free. Our plan and mission is to have parents help other parents with these services. In other words, all parents know the feeling of wanting to give their child the best life possible. Due to unforeseen circumstances, parents need a hand providing for their children. As a community, we must pull together our time and funds to make sure our children continue to receive necessary services so they too can have a bright future regardless of their parents’ hardships or financial status. Therefore, we want to reach those parents that can help and are willing to donate funds to assist other parents needing financial help for their child with autism and/or mental illness. We consider this a Parent-to-Parent Project where we ultimately “Parent” our community’s children.

With the funds raised from our community’s loving parents, we provide the following services to children with autism and/or mental illness: psychological treatment and assessment, ABA therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, music therapy, social skills therapy, child advocacy, and personal assistance in schools. Many of Texas’ top service providers participant in our scholarship project by providing our scholarships to their families needing financial support. As a parent or citizen of our community, please help us continue to provide funding to Texas parents trying to change their child’s future which will eventually benefit the future of our community.
